To turn on turbo pump, push the jet button. To turn turbo pump off, push the jet button again.

 

An 8 ft by 8 ft clear area is sufficient to install the hot tub.

 

The Voyager hot tubs are collapsible and are stored in boxes. They are made from a plastic membrane, which can be folded up. The side panels are also packed in a separate box. As long as you have a front door, we can get in to install your hot tub.

 

Yes you can have a hot tub on your terrace, but you need to find out whether your roof terrace is strong enough to hold 2569 lbs, which is how much the tub weighs when filled. You also need access to a tap to fill it up and a drain to empty it.

 

The hot tub can be filled from any tap. You need a hose to fill it up. We sometimes ask You to pick up a paddling pool, (Or we drop one off if Your close enough) and fill it up the day before so we can fill your Hot Tub quicker. The Voyager is a BIG DEEP Tub so we will ask you to fill two. We will drain it with a submersible pump when we come to pick it up.

 

The hot tub will heat approximately 1 to 1-1/2 degree f. per hour; this is why we deliver all our hot tubs on a Wednesday to give it time to be piping hot for the weekend. Leave the hot tub lid on while it's heating up.

 

Place cover on hot tub and leave it on when not in it. Always leave the hot tub switched on.
Note: Cover must be in place properly for the hot tub to heat and remain hot.

The jets blow cold air through the water to create the bubbles and this cools the water down. We recommend using the turbo jets sparingly.

 

This will be demonstrated during delivery and installation. Its very straight forward.

 

A hot tub weighs 2569 lbs when filled with water.

 

All hot tubs must be installed on a structurally sound, relatively smooth and level surface that is strong enough to support it when filled. It MUST be installed on firm, sharp object-free spaces. We will not normally install the hot tub on grass or dirt, as it will greatly increase debris entering it. However if you can provide a suitable surround we will.
We will require enough space wide enough to take the Tub in on it's side, approximately 34" and enough clearance above to take the tub, approximately 8 feet. If you are uncertain whether the Tub You would like will fit, Then just give us a call and we'll be happy to come and check!
If it's the Voyager You would like to rent, then no problem!! It comes in sections and can be put absolutely anywhere, as long as there's a flat surface.

 

NO! Once the hot tub is filled up, you must not try to move it. When our hot tubs are delivered, you sign an agreement stating that you will not move the hot tub.

 

Yes you do. This helps keep the water clean and means you have a better and healthier hot tub experience.

 

Our tallest tub The voyager is about 36” high. The Matrix and Axiom Deluxe are both 30". We need however about 34" width clear to get your tub in. (Axiom and Matrix only).

 

Our widest tub, The Axiom is 7 foot 6 inches square and 30 inches deep.

 

The hot tub will run off your main electricity supply.

 

Yes, your floor will probably get wet. We recommend using the hot tub outdoors or in a place where water can easily drain away.
The amount of water spilt depends on how many people are in the hot tub, the number of times people get in and out, whether the people are splashing water and if the turbo jets are working.

 

WARNING!! The use of alcohol, drugs or medication before or during hot tub use can greatly increase the risk of fatal hypothermia.
The effects of hypothermia include; (1) failure to perceive heat, (2) failure to recognize the need to exit hot tub, (3) unawareness of impending hazard, (4) foetal damage in pregnant women, (5) physical inability to exit spa or hot tub, and (6) unconsciousness resulting in the danger of drowning. So please be carefull!

 

The water in a spa or hot tub should never exceed 40°C (104°F). Water temperatures between 38°C (100°F) and 40°C (104°F) are considered safe for a healthy adult.
Lower water temperatures are recommended for extended use (exceeding 10 - 15 minutes) and for young children.
