Basis of Charging

Periods of hire

Equipment may be hired by the week, the month or the weekend. Or for longer periods at the discretion of the Owner.

Returning equipment

Equipment hired by the week must be ready to be collected by 9.00 am on the Wednesday morning. Equipment hired by the month must be ready to be collected by 9.00 am on the last Wednesday of the 4 week hiring period. Equipment hired by the weekend must be returned or be ready to be collected by 9.00 am on Monday. Early delivery is optional but will require an additional charge.

Deposit

A deposit of £50 will be payable at booking which will be kept until the beginning of the period of hire. No bookings shal be made without deposit being paid. This deposit will be used as part of the full rental amount due, which shall be paid either before or at delivery. In the event of cancellation within a 28 day period before the delivery/hire date The Owner shall be entitled use the deposit for administration purposes and loss of earnings due to cancellation, unless reasonable reason for unexpected cancellation is proven. This shall be under the sole discretion of The Owner.

Charges due

Hire charges are due at the beginning of the hire period, when the equiptment is either delivered/installed, and will be paid by cash, debit or credit card. Any payments paid by debit or credit card will incur a small administration charge. Cheques wil be made payable to North Spas and will be given 10 days beioie the rental term to allow clearance time.

Any subsequent purchase of a Hot-Tub from North Spas by the Hirer as a direct result of hire,The full amount taken for rental charges shall be returned in either accessories or chemicals to the value of that amount.

Collection Inspection

An inspection/damage form shall be completed and agreed upon in the presence of the Hirer and signed by both the Hirer and a North Spas representative.
